Illuso
- Illuso is an odd, fickle person. He either wants all of the attention on him or none of it. There is no in-between with him. Lucky you manage to catch him on one of his attention seeking days. He was more than happy to accept your invitation to one of your usual hotspots.
- He probably spent a good bit of time heckling the other singers from the crowd - but he very much encourages you when you say you want to take a turn on the mic. Show them how it's done. He's heard you humming to yourself in the morning and singing along with the radio.
- Your choice of a love song doesn't raise any flags, at first. It's when he notices the pointed looks at him - how you'd barely break eye contact for more than a few seconds at a time, especially during the 'i love you' in the chorus - that Illuso starts to become suspicious of your intentions.
- A smug smirk turns to a genuine smile as you move about the stage. He makes it obvious to you he's caught on as he stares intently at you, head resting on his chin.
- When you return to the table he's still smiling. He doesn't allow any gap between where you two sit, keeping close to you. He tries to hide his genuine excitement and how touched he is and the slight bit of awkwardness (unsure of how he's supposed to respond to such a confession) he feels with his usual smugness.
Prosciutto
- Prosciutto has made it clear plenty of time before that he's not a big fan of karaoke nights at bars - the low bar for talent allowed on stage and a bunch of drunk idiots cheering each other on just isn't his scene. Still he accepts your invitation, since there wasn't much else he had to do.
- Aside from a few eye rolls, annoyed grunts and snide comments - he doesn't pay much attention to the stage. Instead he focuses on small talk with you and the glass he'd been sipping in for the past hour or so while you worked up your nerves. Fearing he might get too inebriated to actually catch on if you wait too long, you push your nerves to the side and get on with it. You make sure to ask him to watch you. He nods and does so as you step up.
- As promised, his eyes are on you, expressions changing to one of bemusement about halfway through your song. Prosciutto isn't a dumb person. You ask him - just him and no one else - to accompany you for a night out, request his attention for your performance, pick a love song; yea, he can put 2 and 2 together. He leans back and lets you finish your piece. His eyes are glued to you even as you hop off the stage to rejoin him.
- Prosciutto tells you he enjoyed the performance but makes no comment otherwise. For a second you're sure he doesn't return the feelings but a hand makes its way around your shoulder and he pulls you to a more secluded spot outside to talk. For all his confidence, he doesn't much enjoy prying eyes being on him when he's being vulnerable. Rest assured, the feelings are very much returned.
Melone
- You can never be sure how to approach Melone sometimes. He can be very out there and weird but was also one of the chillest and easiest people to talk to. It depended on how he felt at the time. He'd seemed to be in one of his more relaxed moods so you figured now was as good a time as any to make your feelings known.
- He hadn't put much thought into you bringing him out for the night. Sure he'd hoped you'd returned his feelings one someday but had never thought this was how you'd do it. A small part of him tried to think otherwise of the situation.
- Then your eyes meet as the chorus hits and you sing just a bit more passionately and smile at him like no one else was around and things click in his head. It's certainly not what he expected from you but Melone isn't a man to look a gift horse in the mouth.
- Once he's processed the situation there's a smile on his face like you'd never seen before. You smile back as you finish the song and then bow to the crowd before returning to Melone's side. There's a hopeful look in your eyes as you ask him if he enjoyed the show. He wastes no time in pulling you into a tight hug, very obviously flattered by your confession.
- He doesn't remove his arm from around you for the rest of the night. He welcomes any stares you get from others. He'll kiss you right then and there if you'd allow him. He's anything but a shy man.
