Divine decadence is what comes to mind when describing chef Gilbert Pangilinan's 'Alimasag at Taba ng Talangka.' Sweetly savoury blue crab meat is topped with the rich fat (aligue) from tiny Asian shore crab. A squeeze of lime adds a pleasant sharpness that perfectly complements the flavours and texture of the #seafood. Excellent on rice, but equally good, I suppose, on hot, buttered toast.
