Developer Ian Chan Twitter announces that the service is available to everyone now. Twitter Analytics was already launched in July, but the dash was only available to advertisers and authenticated users. Now everyone can basically use it as your account but at least 14 days duration and it has no special status as a suspension. Each sent tweet is to see how many people have gotten him in the face and how often the link in your tweet is clicked.
