Hey, If you were a duck and I were a duck, I'd swim next to you in the canal. If we were a pair of ducks in the canal, I'd find the best water plants for you to eat. If someone threw bread at us, I'd let you have some first. (It isn't healthy for us, but I'd be a duck so I wouldn't know.) If we were two ducks when winter came, I'd fly close to you, so I wouldn't lose you. 🦆🦆

A little piece for my partner @deltaruneinfused, along with a few lines from the poem she wrote for me. We like to joke sometimes about being two ducks, and what we would do as two ducks.

And hey. If we were two ducks on the riverbank, I'd compare your feathers to the sunbeams shining through the tall grass, but it wouldn't do you justice.

(For those confused yes I am still aromantic, we're in a QPR)
