My experience over many years is that generally speaking, women want to be led by a strong presence.
That just as in man management, employees need clarity of purpose and not ambiguity.
Females I believe are happier being told exactly what to do at all times, any deviation from precise instruction causes at best confusion and at worst chaos.
The idea that they are somehow to act as if they are another version of a male, is a complete fallacy and entirely counter-productive in society.
Their role is genetically programmed and to function correctly they must have an Alpha Male presence to control their every thought.
But their role must not be belittled it is as important in its own way as the males, but they clearly cannot accomplish this on their own, or with another woman, or God forbid, a man dressed as a woman.
