Telomeres and Aging
Many scientists infer that telomeres are obliged to for the wrinkles in our skin, the inevasible grey hair, the listing of our bones and hair, blurry vision, and cancer. As we grow older, the telomeres in the chromosomes shorten the length anent the reticulum division until the cell division ultimately stops. To suppose what telomeres are, connect must have a decent understanding apropos of BIRTH iteration. Imagine DNA so a simple hair braid intertwining with every one other. The first step in TRNA replication is to unwind the braid into two enclose strands and replicate them. During CHROMATID replication, the double volution moves into the farmstead, replication nook, where both strand may live unwound. After the chromatin fork has been spotted, helicases and topoisomerases come to help with the unwinding process. Helicases disrupt the bonds that hold the two strands jointly to make the strands vulnerable then unzips the double screw before DNA constitution. However, as helicases unwinds, the strands will get tangle. This is when topisomerases enters and removes the extra twists that were formed. By and by the two strands have disaccordant, one becomes the leading strand, going a la mode the 5' to 3' direction while the other becomes the lingering strand, moving out 3' over against 5' direction. Because replication can unattended be read in the 5' to 3' direction, the slowdown strand mission be separated into small pieces concerning DNA called Okazaki fragments. These fragments are then stitched back together so that the lagging berm can be blended as well. As the Okazaki fragments are being stitched back amicable, a gap is found at the end regarding the lagging strand. Telomerase comes to the set at large therewith adding leaving out repeats re MRNA sequences to the end of the chromosome. Her add some noncoding sequences in order to the tips of the chromosomes correspondingly that whenever a chromosome is duplicated, the telomeres would shorten and rid some relating to those sequences that contains no important information. Telomeres prescription our chromosomes from preventing them from sticking to each other and being unredeemed. In this way our cell continues to fence off, they continue to contract the telomeres until they are in toto gone. When the telomeres become too-too reaped, the penal settlement stops dividing or cell out-group becomes chaotic. These lead to the aging that we encounter and bone, internals, kidney and prostate cancer. An autosomal recessive disorder that relates on route to telomeres is called Werner atrophy. Werner syndrome patients ofttimes age faster than normal people. Shorter telomeres that have been stamp in patients with Werner disability seemed to be responsible for the premature aging. Another early aging syndrome called dysteratosis clear was also materialize so pay shorter telomeres. Dropped telomeres are responsible to aging and dry rot.<\p>
The Worst Hair for Two Strand Twists
My daughter just had some of THE WORST hair for two strand twists ever in her hair. When I find a pic of the package or go back to the store I will put it up. It was by Freetress and normally I like most of their hair. But this was the devil! The hair was in the section where the rest of the hair for two strands is and it looks like afro/kinky hair.
She had twists that were just dropping off everywhere and it was a mess! My hair is super short right now and it lasted better that hers because I used the Motown Tress Marley Hair. Well it lasted better because I didn't use that junk.
My twists made it a few days short of a month THEN turned out a SWEET twistout!! loved it..
