two suns . . . | uwhe-arts
Sun hangout or something (they went drinking)
This is kinda how I imagine they'd act if they were friends(?)
I love every interaction people make of these two (and Sun)!! Would love to see more, but this is what my drawing skills are for mwahaha
Bonus Dark Sun!
NATASHA KHAN from BAT FOR LASHES
Here's possibly my favorite 'floating city' art ever. It's by Vicente Segrelles for the 1978 German translation of 'Armada of Antares,' by Alan Burt Akers. I love the organic touches - the rope bridge, vines, birds. And why is just one city decaying like that? Mysterious!
This is my personal scan and, I believe, the highest quality version available online. My free email newsletter subscribers got to see it first! You can check out the full issue here.
Two suns can appear when sunlight reflects through glass or refracts through ice crystals in the atmosphere.
Lammergeier Rider
Graphite on *wince* printer paper. Can we talk about these cool-ass birds? Fuckin. So cool. Anyways what if you could ride one like a dragon.
Why two Suns? - New Earth? - The Fate of those who get left behind? 🤔
