Track My Every Movement deals with this really well. it's short and pretty much JUST porn but it also is feelsy porn that deals with derek's trust issues. I agree that sometimes I don't like when people just kind of jump into it and derek is all OMG STILES PUT IT IN ME PLS instead of being nervous. but that's kind of true of ANY sex that derek initates. but that's why i LOVE bottom!derek. because he puts trust in stiles, because he loves stiles, because he knows stiles isn't going to hurt him
