My girlfriend and I were enjoying hot pots. This is the classic Chinese cuisine: hot pot. This is genuine Sichuan hot pot. But, there are still some different styles within the Sichuan hot pot. My oversea friend, if you have ever entered a Chinese restaurant, you probably enjoyed or saw some sort of ‘hot pot’. Sometimes, it’s a big pot containing everything you need. Look! This one is a little bit different. It combines two pots into one. The left yellow pot is not spicy and the right side red pot ... is extremely spicy. 😄 of course you can let them put less hot peppers . This style is called couple pot.
