Wir waren heute am Rosengarten. Unsere Motoristi – Landsleute aus Italien genießen aktuell die Ruhe mit ihrem Moto. Extrem viele Rollerfahrer zu Zweit! Perfekt. Ingredients: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 3/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar. 3 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup fresh raspberries. 1/4 cup raspberry jam. Powdered sugar, for dusting optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Let it cool slightly. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar-egg mixture and mix well. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the chocolate mixture. Stir until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle fresh raspberries evenly over the batter, gently pressing them in. Warm raspberry jam in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until it becomes slightly runny. Drizzle the jam over the raspberries. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs clinging to it. Let the torte cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
