A lot of people have already talked about how Mr Plant is starting to tone down his violent tendencies, so i wanted to talk about something else i noticed: He's getting better at communicating/not hiding his emotions!! (I think)
For example, in Mr Plant sees the stars this happened
Mr Plant lost sight of Argos, hours passed before he found him and instead of admitting that he had been not only just worried but terrified of losing him he shrugged. Mind you this comes after a whole episode of Mr Plant dealing with terrible separation anxiety and being desperate to find Argos
Ok now let's quickly take a look at one of the most recent episodes
Now that's a big difference! Mr Plant used words (this isn't exclusive to the two instances of Mr Plant using asl! In the christmas episode he sent Argos a letter) to express how he feels instead of just gesturing and he even said he loved Argos!! Which is a waaaay more significative thing to say than "i was worried when you disappeared for hours"
