hello! maybe it’s just me, but i recall seeing a picture of the first lone alligator from splash mountain accidentally put together the wrong way? like his waist was on backwards? i vaguely remember something like that. any knowledge?

Yes! The poor Take Me Along gator’s torso was put on backwards at one time! :( He stayed like that for some time, too. Here’s a short video.
