Nugu GG of the Week #778 : Twotease (part 2)
Next and final chosen song for is 낭만지지배 (Romantic Chick). The duo keep up the dancey trot energy and strut around town or riding scooters in their MV to this beat. I personally always loved trot vocals, something about the elongated notes on the words. I feel sonically this group had the potential to be another fun quirky group like a former NGGotW mention Pungdeng-E (y'all still streaming Cotton Candy?) however visually they didn't have a budget and didn't lean too much into the sillyness, at least for this era, they were a little silly during Pissed.
The group did release a few more songs but none are of this caliber. They have a song called Spring Spring which is just a simple band arrangement with some strings basically a non dancey trot song. They have nice vocals but idk I just preferred this sound and at the end of the day out of their 6 (? Irrc) songs these were the only 2 that stuck with me.
