TWST Rarepair Dance – Rules and Q&A
On top of simply being creative with us, you can submit your entries using links that will arrive later (keep your eyes peeled!) and collect votes to compete for a small diploma celebrating your contribution as a rarepair creator!
Additionally, the rarepair showing up most often will be crowned the Dance Champions!

After many delays due to real-life issues, we are finally ready to announce the results of the voting for TWST Dance!
Light Theme
The winner of the light theme is the lovely apiscircensis with their piece La vie en rose!
Vibrant Theme
This time, the winner is monimich for her multiship party piece!
Best Fanfiction
Due to limited fanfiction entries, we decided to have a single fanfiction category. The winning piece was eliasswift's Pride (of Lions) and Prejudice (of Actors)!
TWST Rarepair Dance Themes
As the TWST Rarepair Dance draws nearer, we'll explain the different available themes today!
Light Theme is all about pastels, whites, and other light colors. It brings about a sweet and innocent vibe with tenderness and a gentle fluffy feeling. When it comes to writing, the Light Theme is mostly the tooth-rotting fluff of this event, using soft interactions and a general happy feeling.
Dark Theme is spooky and mysterious, emphasizing shadows and high contrast visuals. Common colors will include black and gray but any color can be toned to fit! In writing, Dark Theme is where you can easily let your desire for mystery flow or embrace the innate darker themes of the game or your ships – or where you can just focus on the mature elegance of your favorites!
Vibrant Theme is flashy and colorful and stirs up intense emotions of all kinds. Be it passionate purples, angry reds, cheerful yellows, or any other color, this theme is here for all those who don't like holding back. When writing Vibrant Theme, don't be afraid to let loose and allow the characters to go a little crazy!
Of course, all of these are just general suggestions! If you want to make something scary but filled with light, if you want the characters to have wild fun at a night ball, or if you share a soft moment in bright colors, you're free to do so!
