Fridays Workout: biceps
I got to the gym a bit late and as a result of my late arrival I was not able to complete my workout. I notice I need about 1.5 to 2hours at the gym. I guess I workout slower than most but I try to take my time. Today is Friday and I usually get my allergy shots this day. My shots make me tired and I usually have to take a nap. I hope I can keep my plan of heading back to the gym after work for legs.
