My boss deserves an award, I swear to you she's one of the greatest people I've had the privilege of meeting. I admire all that she does for me and how much she tries to understand, how much she really does understand. There are very few people in the world that I would say I admire, admiring is a strong action.. But it is much too effortless to simply say you like someone. Sammie has changed my outlook on everything that I want in life and I don't even think she knows that she has. It's a topic that I have never really figured out for myself, what is so intriguing about meeting someone new? It's people like her that have made me realize that when you meet someone new it's a blank slate, a clear page, a new chapter and you have no choice, it's there and it's whatever you choose to make of it. When meeting someone knew what is the first topic you choose to discuss? Or how easy is it to talk on a personal level? You notice these things right away, without any past judgements or previous encounters. It's a chance to meet GOOD people, damn good people. People will change your life and she has changed mine.
