literally, why does it matter if i talk to ppl at work. like sorry i dont say hi to you everyday! sorry, im busy all the time and dont drop what im doing to talk to YOU specifically! i feel awkward, and idk if i should say hi, wave, or just say nothing! if someone talks to me of course i say stuff back, i can do that at least. it would be rude not to. but why do i always have to talk to ppl, why do others expect me to! let me do my job and understand im just not talkative. maybe im just a weirdo and i come off as rude and maybe i dont understand "work place norms" but at least im polite enough to smile and be kind when people talk to me. im not trying to be rude or mean on purpose! and it sucks that people take me that way!

i want to talk to others, but only certain people bc i think they're interesting :( bc someone came up to me and my work friend and "jokingly" said they were upset i never said hi and im like dude come on....and he said it SO LOUD too where everyone could hear him....it made me feel really humiliated and awful....
