"YODEL-AY-EE-OOOO!"
There it was again. You groaned as you moved around your bed, rubbing your tired eyes. You didn't even need to check your alarm clock to know what time it was. Of course it was 3:14 am. It always was because somehow, for whatever godforsaken reason your next door neighbor thought it would be a good idea to start yodelling at 3 am in the morning.
Every night. Every.Single.Night.
The guy had never missed a night to yodel his heart away. And for what? Why in the hell would he be so goddamn loud at 3 am in the morning? Was it some kind of satanic ritual? A form of worshipping to whatever god he believed in?
At first you had shrugged it off, you had thought it was a one time thing and the guy sounded pretty good but jESUS IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS !! YOU NEEDED YOUR SLEEP !!
Kicking off your duvet you decided enough was enough. You had never actually met your next door neighbor but you didn't mind giving him a piece of your mind and telling him to shut the fuck up and let you sleep. You walked out your own apartment and headed to the one next to yours.
Rapidly knocking at the door,the yodelling stopped and you could hear approaching footsteps.
'Okay,smile,say hi and then tell him to shut the fuck up.' You thought to yourself, proud at the plan you managed to conjure up in such a short time.
The door swung open and you opened your mouth to start yelling at him when you found yourself rendered speechless.
'Damn.'You thought.
Your next door neighbor was beautiful, his angled nose, sharp jawline, wide eyes. Was he sculpted by God himself? You thought as you took in his beauty.
"Yes?"He asked, giving you a charming smile. Your mind was blank, what were you suppose to say again? You felt your mouth dry up as he continued to patiently stare at you with his big brown eyes.
"You yodel?" The words had left your lips faster than your mind could comprehend.
His face broke into a breathtaking smile, making your heart stutter.
"I'm Kang Taehyun,aspiring yodeller. Nice to meet you."
okay so like this is just a short drabble because I realized I haven't actually posted anything after my first work and i've also been kind of hung up writing this other imagine (probably bc im a master procrastinator rip) so here ^^
