Bruce and Selina had always been an on and off sort of thing, and right now they were very, very on. The past few months, they had been very hot and heavy, and exclusive. Tonight's event for the couple was dinner and dancing at an exclusive new restaurant in downtown Gotham. The evening had gone beautifully, the two of them playing their parts as Gotham Elite perfectly. Selina was anxious however, she had spent the better part of the evening trying to figure out the best way to give Bruce news. Whether it was good or bad would be up to him. She sat next to him in the back of his limo, fidgeting nervously. She took a deep breath, gathering her courage. She fought off villains, mobsters, she was tough as nails, she could do this. Right?

“Bruce,” Selina looked over at him “I have something that I need to tell you.” As she opened her mouth to finally tell him, something else started to come out of her mouth instead of words. The cat quickly threw herself towards the limo’s part, grabbing the waste basket out of the tiny compartment and throwing up in it. When she finished, she grabbed a tissue, wiping her mouth and taking a deep breath before looking him in the eye. 

“Bruce, I’m...pregnant.”
