Time to make some changes

It's been a long time. I'm so sorry I've been MIA. How've you all been?
Happy late holidays! Happy late new year! And wow we're already in February.
I don't know how often I'm going to make update posts like this anymore. It's looking like from here on I'll only be making posts for my fics and requests. I think a lot of my inactivity breeding from lack of motivation to write has partially stemmed from dwindling interaction with you guys.
But I'm going to do my best to make up for it a kick it into gear! I'll be making some changes in my life schedule to put some time and love into my works again.
So with that said, here are some changes that'll be happening:
First of all, while I've been with them for a couple years now, I'll be leaving the kpop writer network KDiaryNet. I decided after months of deliberation that I needed to take a step back, and with my current inactivity I just wasn't contributing. And I'll admit, my socializing with the other members has become stagnant of my own accord. I'll be supporting all the members from the sidelines as I always have, but be sure to check out KDiaryNet's blog and find their list of members there! They're all wonderful writers and have content for groups that you probably won't ever find here on my blog. I'll keep a quick link in my intro post that's pinned to my dashboard for you guys to have easy access.
Second of all, and this one's important so read carefully, I'm reinventing my old blog. If you've been with me long enough, you'll know that I originally started writing strictly SFW pieces on what used to be my main blog. It's only in the last couple years that I started merging my works to this blog, because I had more activity here. So with that, I've finally sat down and made a list of old fics that I need to bring to this blog from the old one. Starting tonight, I'll be editing my old stuff to be close to the same quality of my more recent works. I'll even be rewriting some of the bigger pieces until I'm satisfied.
So with this big transfer of works, if you're interested in reading the originals pre-editing/rewriting, you only have a limited time to do so. I'll be systematically deleting my old fics from my old blog starting March 1, 2024. So you have about 20ish days to browse my dusty library on that side of the road. You can find the link to my "main" blog in my bio under SFW. I'll likely also be deleting a lot of old posts just to give myself a complete clean slate on that blog.
BECAUSE I want to actually use that blog. Whether it's just for random things or a safe space where I can actively post and reblog and talk about things that make me happy. I'd love it if you guys joined me there once it's all cleaned up and open for business.
And lastly, I want to start writing for anime soon. I know I still have a couple hundred requests just for kpop groups here. And a lot of them are years old. But I've made myself a promise that I would complete all these requests and damn it I will. BUT I don't want that to stop me from writing for my favorite anime. I've been watching a lot more recently and I just have so much fun with it.
Would you guys prefer me to make a new blog for anime writing? Or would you mind if I merged that with my kpop works here? I might make a poll tonight and let you guys pick since that seems to be easier than getting verbal feedback.
