Biology notes because I’m a huge nerd:
Tyamya’s “ears” are actually his reproductive organs and filled with pistils and stamens. His hair is his petals.
Like all plants, his leaves are used to take in sunlight and excrete oxygen. He typically loss his leaves every two weeks and will enter a brief hibernation while they grow back.
While he does have an internal skeleton, its comprised of flexible filaments rather than solid bones, giving him a very flexible, rubbery feel.
His legs are just modified roots that he uses to walk. His tail is technically a third leg that he only uses for taking in nutrients.
Tyamya’s eyes are very simple and incapable of processing complex images, making him poor at recognizing faces or reading.
His mouth is used exclusively for communication and will secrete sweet smelling nectar to attract pollinators every so often.
Can quickly regrow lost appendages.
His skin is sticky and tastes sweet.
His hand too big for he gotdamn arms
