This is probably my first mythical Kaiju in forever and ironically it's one of the first I've come up with. I just hadn't put it in digital art form until now. I decided to created this after hearing about a thing called Kaijune, essentially drawing Kaiju for the month of June. Maybe next year I’ll be able to draw one for each day of the month. Anyway, this is Tyhpon, a Titan that is regarded as the deadliest creature in Greek mythology. I combined various descriptions of him with an erupting volcano, even added some volcanic lighting. Now that I got his general look down I'll probably draw him again at some point in the future with a more dynamic pose and a sense of scale.
