Gynecologists who will perform a tubal sterilization - Google Drive
I asked my doctor mere minutes after having my first daughter if I could tie my tubes and got laughed at…I’m not the first to have the same experience and I surely won’t be the last.
I went on a rant today to my mom cause I've been having pains in my tummy and my mom said there is a slight possibility of me having lumps on my uterus or ovaries and said if I got confirmed there was a doctor wouldn't do anything about cause I'm not over 25 and would only remove the things causing me pain if they were threatening my life (cancerous) because I could change my mind about having children in the future. I'm very angry about this. Its my body I should choose what I want to do with it health wise. I understand waiting til 18 but you have to be 25 for a doctor to even consider tying tubes, removing ovaries, or your uterus. Even then they say wait a couple years and will almost always ask for your partners consent on the procedure.
