Summary:  Tabitha continues her interviews, calling in Tyler Nott for questions surrounding Weasley Wizarding Wheezes and the Hogsmeade Attack

It was still early in the second week of interviews, and yet Tabitha was feeling the strain.  She had found some information, but not nearly enough to close the suspicion cast upon the school.  Not to mention her desperate desire to completely shut down the prats in the Auror department that had demeaned her so callously.  She wanted all of this done.

And so came the next student.  Tabitha was a bit ambivalent about what to expect from Tyler Nott.  As Head Boy with grand aspirations after school, it was unlikely he was risking his neck for pranks.  However, because of the same title, it could be argued he should have an ear out for any sort of information that could help their investigation.  His family had a history of Dark wizards unopposed to violence, and yet she couldn’t deny that Tyler himself was an exemplary Gryffindor.

Regardless, today was their sit-down, and she was determined to get anything she could from the boy.  When she heard his knock on the open door, she smiled warmly and gestured a hand to the seat in front of her desk.  “Mr. Nott, thank you for making the time to see me.  Please, have a seat.  Thank you for coming; I’m sure you can appreciate the need for us to be as thorough as possible in our investigation of the current circumstances, as we’re all eager to lift all current bans and be able to focus on having a successful school year.”  She conjured a glass of water, sliding it across the desk toward him.  “Water?”

Does that mean we have to eat the frogs? I don't wanna eat the frogs [pause, distant rustling] Did you go? No wait you're there, dude oh my shit, I just I- I- you know frogs? Why would you take a frog and dip it in chocolate and then eat it I mean? [voice cracks] that frog has a family, man, I don't wanna eat a baby's momma. I don't want to do that. Headcannon: Face The Sun

Date: 21/11/18, early morning. Who: @thegryffindor-nott Where: Hogsmeade, Scotland.

Summary: Life is a bit upside down for the oldest Anderson so he’s back to sitting up throughout the night, getting high and watching the beauty of the sunrise over the black lake. However, after a random text he gets some unexpected company. Tyler joins the other seventh year as the two travel down to Hogsmeade to explore the village under the cover of darkness.

Notable Points:

Tyler met Cooper on the path down to Hogsmeade at around 4:30am after the two had exchanged some text messages. Anderson seemed cheery for once but Tyler put that down to the join hanging from his mouth.

They chatted about Quidditch while walking down and then discussed what they were going to do when they left Hogwarts. Cooper told him he is currently applying to the Auror Training Program and Tyler expressed his desire to be a cursebreaker as the line of work interests him.

Cooper offered Tyler the remains of his hip flask that had some left over firewhiskey in, explaining he stole the bottle from his trip home. 

Whilst in Hogsmeade, the two spend some time wandering up and down the streets, doing their best to stop laughing at each other. Cooper has very rarely seen Tyler tipsy as they haven’t had many time to hang out.

Tyler comes up with the suggestion to break into the Three Broomsticks after spying an open window and Cooper quickly agrees to the idea.

Unable to find an entrance to the establishment, they wander down a few alleys and streets until they find the delivery door to the pub. Cooper attempts to climb up the stairs and show Tyler how he’s Spider-Man in disguise. That sparks a conversation about Marvel and superheroes.

Seeing a light come on from the room above due to the loud voices and laughter the two boys are disturbing the peace with, they flee the scene.

Cooper turns their get away into a race as they two charge neck and neck up to the road back up to Hogwarts. They get into a tussle and Cooper has Tyler pinned down for most of it until Tyler grab the snake in a headlock and keeps him restrained until Cooper taps out and gives up.

On the walk back, they fall into a discussion over music, realising that Cooper’s phone is still playing through his playlist in his back pocket. Tyler explains how he loves WHAM and ABBA, while Cooper expresses his love for Queen, Sinatra, Panic and Twenty One Pilots.

With the sun coming up behind them, they wander back up to the castle in a quite and sombre mood. A few lights in the castle are one which Tyler points out and the two manage to sneak back inside. Cooper bumping into one of the paintings on the way, which almost exposes them to a Ravenclaw prefect making her rounds of the castle.

After expressing that he doesn’t want to return to his dorm, Tyler lets Cooper crash in his dorm room and the two pass out once upstairs.
