Oh, um, I kind of just made it by looking at the inspiration. I don't think there is a tutorial. I guess I could try and make a tutorial for you, if that will help. Will it? I've never made a tutorial before, so you'd have to bear with me. I'd be willing to try though.
So yeah, if you'd like a tutorial to be made, just like this and I will try my best. (It would be in a separate post)
