It’s time for another lesson on typography! This time we are looking at “descenders”. A descender is the part of a letter that extends below the base of an average letter. They can be found on letters like “g” “y” and "j". Check out the full series on our Behance page!
I am not really done but i got done with what i want the project be, it does follow an au that already exist but expand on it with them.
They will take on my headcanons but follow their normal characters. Their world deep dives from being a small town and grew into a big city through the years and more people or beings of fantasy emigrate to there.
I can give a hint that....
it is characters i have been working on their designs for years now and still am.
I haven't done any concept work on backgrounds but wrote down how it is gonna work. And traveling.
Explaining and descriptions of this is my weakest point of artistic abilities.

For Christmas, I asked for Adobe Illustrator because I wanted to learn how to make my own fonts and after a few weeks of sketching, digitizing, and kerning I finally have some progress to show of it. The font is a work in progress, the weight or thickness of the letters are a little off, and I have yet to ink the lowercase letters, however, this is my first font and I can only improve from here.…
