Ok now that the stroke has passed I'll get on with my dumbass theory about how Type Venus could have been the base for Odins Valkyries

-types are "the strongest beings" of each planet and thus are the planets "will"

-the beef between earth and humanity is that humans have managed to out-grow and out-live the earth, so in the universe of Notes (older nasuverse work) earth dies with a plea for the other types to come and murder humanity so that it doesnt die alone

-the types were all called by earth but the message somehow got to type mercury first in the past, which is why is flew and crash landed 5000 BCE. Its not unreasonable to think that the other types could have gotten the message as well and maybe even interacted with earth beforehand

-the majority of the gods on earth were wiped out by Velbar/White Titan Altera who went sicko mode on them and caused a huge power gap because suddenly all these divine figures who held Authority to run the natural forces werent there anymore, leaving all the remaining gods to have more titles

-type venus is described as a parasitic plant monster but also distinctly with an angel like appearance, and when it was struck down by Gun God its corpse eventually became the City of the World Trees, with the main city being Leaves of Yggdrasil (a bunch of norse references huh)

-odin made the valkyries specifically to collect the souls of great heroes and train them in order to prepare for ragnarok. odin was also not one of the gods slaughtered which is why hes at the top in the norse mythos as the Great God Odin, hes practically made of Authority

-odin mythologically has an all seeing eye of wisdom that actually lets him see into the future, which he recieved in exchange for his other eye. this is how he foresaw ragnarok, a major battle that would quite literally kill everything and everyone involved

-the world of Notes is a post apocalyptic wasteland that's besieged by the Ultimate Ones at all points with humanity only barely surviving. its also made distinct that all things on both sides are dying

-v/v was a girl born from the remains of type venus that has an angel like appearance and acted methodically but also protective of the humans who grew on her original corpse. She also has the distinctive angel wings that historical valkyries are known for having

-the valkyries as odin made them are essentially living machines who can slowly develop a distinctive personality if presented with new perspective. however their main purpose is to collect heroes and place them under valhallas care and service

Tldr: Odin saw the possible future catastrophic world of Notes as humanitys likely future, interpreted that as Ragnarok, witnessed Type Venus' parasitic abilities, saw it being struck down then reborn as V/V, a girl who had no initial personality but retained the powers she had as Type Venus, realized he could pretty much do the same using his own powers, and set about creating a personal army of soldiers who could fight against the Ultimate Ones given that he could forsee their abilities.
