Hi❤ I wanted to know what can sprits help me with in my practice? what can they do? and if you don't mind giving me some tips or ways how to start spirit work in general? if you have any book recommendations or any resources or just anything i can do?

Hey my dear anon! I think and stick with the same words i always say, it’s your practice. I think depending in yourself spirits work differently.

I personally contacted spirits for knowledge, or my ancestors for comfort. Just for you to know, spirits are wise, so I’ll say spirits can teach you many things other people can’t. 

And yes ofc, I think the main tip I can give you is be respectful, don’t trust everything that appears, but at the same time don’t fear spirits. I think one of my main errors was panicking, if you actually have a bad encounter with a negative spirits, panicking is not going to help, learn how to stay calm in negative situations and go with it. 

Research,  also research a lot and before actually communicating with a spirit, look for what spirit you want to contact with.

Spirits are entities that easily can trick you, so be careful with that.
