so on the one hand i think i found the source of the leak in the window that led to leaks every time it rains hard. which means i finally have a temporary setup in place to stop water from coming into my room and i can rest a bit easier tonight.

on the other hand that looks like an expensive problem to fix so who knows if i can get it permanently fixed after the storm. maybe i can implement some very DIY solution. someone help convince my dad that this needs fixing asap.
