Kirby Facts with Typman!

Random German Kirby localization fact: Did you know that the levels from Kirby's Adventure all have two separate German names, one from Adventure and one from NiDL? Vegetable Valley for instance is called "Waldmeistertal" (Woodruff Valley) in NiDL, but "Lololos Wäldchen" (Lololo's Forest) in Adventure. Despite the fact that Lololo does not appear in Adventure.

Surprisingly, the name "Lololos Wäldchen" is still used in some capacity. The song "Forest Stage" from Adventure is called "Lololos Wäldchen" in the German version of both Air Ride and Rainbow Curse. The song "Vegetable Valley", which shares its name with the level in English is named "Waldmeistertal" after the NiDL level.

Tumblr Moment

I have finally made a tumblr just in case Twitter explodes. I will probably post here about as frequently as I do on Twitter, so basically never. If you somehow found me, then hi! I like Kirby, as well as other stuff like Mario, Pokémon, Precure, BoxBoy, Part-Time UFO, Rhythm Paradise, Metroid, WarioWare, and others I have not mentioned. In no particular order.

I don't even have to fit that into the length of a tweet, how convenient.

Also tumblr now joins the growing list of websites where I could not get typman as a username. Curse you, guy who got that username before me!
