Technically, this was neutral territory. A place for both factions and actual neutrals to go without it being considered an invasion or act of war. Of course, that didn't stop fighting from happening almost all the time. In fact, only a handful of the establishments in the area outright banned fighting within their doors. Others were alright with turning a blind eye, so long as the damage was only done to those involved.

So being out in the open like this, Decepticon insignias in plain view, probably wasn't the smartest idea if they wanted to avoid any confrontations. Luckily for them, confrontations were kinda their thing. Too bad most mecha took one look at the tank and copter and decided it'd be best to keep to themselves. Their reputation preceded them, apparently. Oh well, quiet nights weren't all that bad.
