Is the ultimate fan contest the main reason you decided to remake the videos?

Actually no! We had already filmed The Phoenix, and Marissa (Patrick) found the contest, and we freaked out, realizing it was kind of perfect for what we did. No, we had this idea for months, and it was our biggest fear that this was just going to be a project we just talked about and that we would never actually do. Then finally one day, we were finally like, “WE ARE DOING THIS FOR REAL.” and we bought a bunch of props so we would have to finish it. I’m so glad we followed through.

The Phoenix is the first installment of our video series The Younger Blood Chronicles: a full recreation of Fall Out Boy's The Young Blood Chronicles complete with an all female band, some cheesy special effects, leather jackets, and lots of fake blood.
