Today is national pizza day & I made a vegan gluten free alkaline electric pizza from the Ty's Conscious Kitchen 5th Edition cookbook . It truly was a labor of love, but worth all the effort. The tomato sauce, & brazil nut cheese is so delicious. The crust is thicker than traditional pizza, but works well with all the components together.
