Can I know about Haze, Gold, and Cherry’s personalities?
Ooh, I hope you had a nice time :*)
The swap fellified Sanses! I'd be happy to!
I'll start in chronological order with Cherry, who's honestly a large part of what pushed me to making my own interps of SF and FS lmao
Back when I'd first made his and Pup's sf, I was definitely still leaning heavily into fanon interpretations, which, probably most people familiar with them know how, uh, separated they are from the classic UT brothers. In the past year or so I've definitely been making more of an effort to "clear up" his characterization a bit, because honestly, he wasn't really a Sans at all anymore.
That being said, following the same baseline as their brothers with Metal being Fellified Swap, Glass being Swapped Fell, and "Swapfell (sort of red)" in the middle, Cherry is probably the most levelheaded seeming of the three. He’s a bit stuck up, not particularly talkative, and comes across very calculating and condescending.
There is a little bit of charisma somewhere in there, but he really only utilizes it when he deems it to be beneficial to whatever his end goal in a situation is. He also comes across as very loyal to the throne and strict about the law, but in actuality, the only thing he cares about is his and his brother's well being.
Next up would be Gold, who'd actually originally started out as my attempt to "fix" what I didn't like about my other SF interps before I decided on the path of shifting SF and FS more toward US and UF respectively.
The most outwardly sociable of the three, while still taking his position and role very seriously, Gold plays a slightly different angle in his game. He comes across as generally friendly (by Fell standards) and far more willing to talk than fight. This has earned him a predominantly positive reputation amongst the Guard and with a large percentage of the civilians.
This doesn't mean he trusts any either than the other two, or any Sans for that matter, and 99% of the time he’s really utilizing his "niceness" to gain information or manipulate others, so. Watch out with this one.
That being said he’s not particularly treacherous, though. Not unless he really absolutely needs to be or someone has it coming. He’s more about the information than actually utilizing it for nefarious purposes. It's just better to be safe than sorry, in his book.
And that leaves Haze, who, by all accounts, takes the complete opposite approach to Gold's.
He's got a biting sense of humor and comes off similarly condescending and dismissive as Cherry, but less disinterested and generally more "personal". He’s got an attitude, and while he doesn't typically go looking for trouble, he wants others to know just how much they really shouldn't push him to.
Some would say he’s got an attitude problem, but he very rarely actually lets his temper get the better of him. That doesn't mean it makes him any more likable. Although for all his appearances, he’s still a relatively good leader, and doesn't make hasty decisions. He’s incredibly logical...at least when it comes to non-personal matters.
Of course, at the end of the day, much like the other two, his priorities are himself and his brother, but of the three, he'd be the quickest to make a hard decision in their favor.
