N for the OC meme
Which one needs way more attention from me? Well, that’s all of them except Alekte (except she does too because the next chapter of Passion and Fury is still in progress so…). But the two that I’d like to spend more time getting into are Tzelan, my trooper, and Dhava, my SI. I don’t have much in the way of backstory for either of them, but I do have a few bits and I’d like to expand on them sometime.
SWTOR ask meme - 15, 33 - for who you want, or for all if you have time/mood
15. Who is/are their least favorite companion(s)?
Alekte: Probably Pierce, from the original crew, but in KOTFE she really did not like Kaliyo (she likes predictable, and she saw Kaliyo as a very loose cannon).
Tzelan: Tanno Vik for sure, same as Alekte’s reasons for disliking Kaliyo, and she really didn’t like how she was kind of forced to take him on in the first place.
Dhava: Even though she was helpful, Dhava was really not okay with Zash taking over Khem Val and was always looking forward to getting rid of her.
Seradi: In general she liked all of her original companions, but Corso really aggravated her with his patronizing and possessive attitude.
Mirit: Again, she generally likes them, or finds things to like about them. Exceptions are that Scourge makes her uncomfortable with the way he pushes being Sith at her, especially when he got so upset at her even mentioning the possibility of him switching sides; she doesn’t like Rusk’s apparent disregard for his soldiers as people (and honestly I kind of wanted Tzelan to show up and pull rank on him); and of course Doc, whom she flirted with at first (which I played as being more out of ignorance and not necessarily knowing the implications of what she was saying, but also out of curiosity and some interest) but then he just…kept going.
33. In KotFE which companion(s) from another class are you most looking forward to them recruiting?
Well, most of them have already finished that, but who cares, I’ll answer how I want.
Alekte: Talos Drellik was one of the first she recruited. What’s not to like about him? Also, while she is surprisingly (to me, anyway) on board with the whole Alliance thing, she did take the “empress” option at the end instead of “peacekeeper” and she very much still sees herself as Sith, and she will not object at all to having more people around whose instinct is to refer to her as “my lord”. She also, weirdly, seems to get on pretty well with Aric Jorgan, whatever their reservations might be about having been on different sides. But they do both understand the military – Alekte’s mother is (or was, by now?) an officer in the Imperial army, and she is very much her mother’s daughter. And she was VERY happy to have Vette back, not just because she was her second favorite companion from the original crew, but because she really needed someone familiar around (and Lana and Theron probably needed her to have someone familiar around too, to take the pressure off of them if nothing else).
Tzelan: Can’t really think of any for her, but she was very happy to get Yuun and Forex back, and even kind of happy to see Vik, for a familiar face if nothing else.
Dhava: Again, can’t think of one. Possibly Dr Lokin, but not having played the agent story yet, I can’t really say. But Talos was always her favorite and she brought him back as soon as she could.
Seradi: She gets on very well with Vette, which should be a surprise to precisely nobody. She got Bowie back immediately, of course, what’s a smuggler without a wookiee? I want to see her get Blizz, too, who doesn’t love a jawa?
Mirit: I think she’ll do well with Jorgan, and she’ll like Yuun. I’m also interested to see her meet Talos.
