Had a customer come in on Thursday for an interview. They've been on the waiting list for a while now but are currently living in ground level sheltered housing and are wishing to move to another ground level sheltered unit accommodation. So they are very unlikely to be selected for a property as their current accommodation suits their needs. Going through different options with them, adding more areas etc which they rudely decline. And she comes out with "if I was an immigrant that had come over here I would have been rehoused years ago" NO YOU WOULDN'T DUMB ASS EVIL LADY.
