i don't like my birth name tbh bc it's very common and i don't really identify with it,, so i chose to go by my initials!! AJ yayyy

idk & im perhaps a little too stupid to understand this, but i would say no? i think if u put me in solitary confinement with no access to any hobbies or activities i would still have a strong identity even if i couldn't put it into words

neither, ive been an atheist pretty much all my life but im super interested in spirituality and all religions as an observer!

umm not really? im a white american so i kind of dont have much to care about aside from hot dish and cornhole.
my mom's half native but i didn't grow up around any indigenous people (my grandfather refused to meet me...) so i just see myself as white

ive listened to grunge my whole life bc of my dad so im super connected to nirvana <3

i actually think about this so often because i was really close with my cousins when i was little growing up in super rural minnesota. my parents moved us to florida when i was about 6, so every time i would go up to visit my cousins we would be more and more different. i visited them this december (we are all around the same age) and they are nothing like me anymore. we have nothing in common. so i wonder if i had grown up there, would i be like that?
idk... i hope the answer is no even though being how i am has been pretty difficult. but i think it's also quite likely that in practice everyone would be different in a different environment.

i always feel bad when i only see my family once a year or so but then i go there and i remember why i don't want to be there. im scared that when i hve kids they will be distant from their family just like i said they never would be, but i would also never let my child go to my grandma or my parents houses alone bc im afraid they would go baptize them or something. well anyway, now that im moving again ill probably only see them once a year.

These are my main fandoms. :) although I have others, I haven't really done anything for them, so I'm excluding them.

I like my name. I tend to go by an abbreviated version of it, and I've gotten so used to that abbreviated version that seeing my full name in text is kind of jarring. It's a very graceful and delicate name which fits my personality upon first impression, but my abbreviated name has solidified my identity, impression of myself, and my dignity as a person.
I don't hear my real name a lot, since I'm not a social person irl, and because of that, I hear my abbreviated name a lot more. That's probably also part of it.
5. do you think of yourself as a human being or a human doing? do you identify yourself by the things you do?
human being. Not at all! Even if I were to die, my body wouldn't suddenly become an alien's....I have no existential hangups whatsoever

Today is my Buddyfight Boy Wonder son Tasuku’s Birthday! 🎉 and once again, I drew him in my anime style like I did last year. This time tho, I drew him in his Buddy Police uniform given it’s an iconic look to him, barring his current look on Triple D/X, since his debut into the series and add some blue and yellow stars and sparkles to represent the stars in the first ending song of the anime, his star pulsar deck, and his succeeding world, Star Dragon World. Plus adding sparkles are such a nice touch to the design for some ✨ shojou-style pizzazz ✨
Speaking of the Star Pulsar, I know that I didn’t get to add that core element into the drawing unlike last time, but let’s imagine it’s indeed hovering around the corner next to Tasuku; just offscreen that is
