With a lovely bonus of references! As someone whose childhood was literally all sailor moon, I was surprised I didn't remember this character. Then again, from what I found online, she was only in one episode. (Villian of the week, as my friend put it.) Though her name is literally a pun on 'friend', so I wouldn't call that a villian, especially with how cute she is!
