Today, June 24, is "UFO Day" because on this day in 1947 (Showa 22), the first UFO was sighted in the United States. The song "UFO" (issued in 2000), the 15th collection of the 20th Century Design Stamp Series, was an overwhelmingly popular hit, especially among children, due to the comic lyrics and tune of the Pink Lady song, combined with the singer's costume and choreography.
