A good tip for removing matted fur from our furry friends
Drench the matt in coconut oil and it should loosen up after a few hours. Repeat the process until the matt separates from the skin. You'll then be able to cut it off easily. I tried it with my Persian today who is terrified of groomers and it worked wonders. :) Coconut oil is also really good for cats and dogs.
Sorry for the absence, everyone. I decided to take a short break from UAE Veggies which quickly escalated into a super long hiatus. I've been dealing with a lot of things in my personal life but I want you to know that I'll be making updates to this page again very soon. I might not post as much as I used to, but I still want to keep the veggie community alive.

I don't understand why some people think it's wrong to wear fur but see no problems whatsoever with wearing leather. Leather is just the skin of an animal with the fur removed.
