This is one strange cloud formation. With the weird refraction of light through the clouds and the light illuminating the cloud itself, I've never seen this before. Has any of you guys seen this before? I ask that specific question because if you have, please let us know and we can look that one up to get any answers which they might have concluded then? I'd like to share it with our viewers. I'm sure someone knows what this is, why it is like this and the conditions for it's existence?
