Uber
I was involved in an accident on July 20th, 2018 around 9:45 am with one of their drivers. I contacted their app’s customer support and was told an insurance adjuster would reach out soon. No one has reached out.
I called the customer support number and the first representative I encountered was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. She refused to help and give me her name then hung up on me.
The second time I called another representative (Reese if I remember correctly) pulled up my account, and transferred me over to a “supervisor”. Explained my situation to the supervisor and GOT HUNG UP ON AGAIN.
IS THIS HOW UBER TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS?! I am disgusted.
Someone from this company needs to get in contact with me right now because the more HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ENDURE, THE MORE I HAVE TO ADD TO MY CLAIM.
