With all vacation packages, peak travel periods are blacked out and booking is on a first come first served basis. All dates are subject to change and additional information may be provided at the time of booking.

Flat Rate Fees: Industry standard for condo rentals is to charge actual usage and service fees in addition to the base rental. Typical charges, fees and assessments include; cleaning services, limited damage waivers, weekly water and energy surcharge, accommodation and maintenance fees, various taxes and occasionally resort fees.  As part of our auction service we have negotiated a flat rate fee with the resort you will be visiting. The flat fee for travel packages depends on room size; studio, one, two or three bed room condos and range from $190 to $240 due at the time you book your reservation.
