Idk I just like the idea of these two being fully supportive and on board with the whole concept- teammate shows up with a baby after a long mission, it’s their baby now too- team baby
They didn’t let Ayako quietly slip off into the throes of motherhood or accept her “retirement” at all- those ideas can stay far away from them
Sakumo never dropped Sachie, but Ayako was not inspired he wouldn’t - she saw the way that guy handled his dogs, okay, it did not inspire a lot of confidence in his ability to handle children when they were in their late teens early twenties
The picture of little Sachie walking to her mom pouting is because Ayako just got back from a mission and it meant Sachie had to go home and leave her grandparents house- she was big sad, Madara-ojiisan and Heira-obaasan are her favorite people most of the time
