Starting off with the parents: Uchiha Tajima and his late wife Uchiha Sarada (oc). I figured since Sasuke's daughter was not going to exist, I could re-use her name. Alternatively, Sasuke named his daughter after this ancestor of his.

Next are the twins: Uchiah Ei (Raiden Shogun) and her sister, Makoto. I kept their canon purple eyes and gave them to their mother as well to explain where they came from.

The two eldest sons: Uchiha Kou (oc) and Madara. Madara looks so emo with his bangs lmao.

Uchiha Kuro (oc) and Uchiha Togakushi (oc) - just wanted to point out the source of the Uchiha brother's names again

And finally the baby of the family: Uchiha Izuna, the only one of the brothers who actually gets a (more or less) happy ending.

Kou (left) is older than Madara but younger than the twins (Ei and Makoto). He was killed by Senju fighters at six years old.

Togakushi (middle) is the sibling born after Madara and is injured badly when Ei is twelve. He was declared MIA five years before Konoha was founded.

Kuro (right) was killed in the same attack that injured Togakushi. He was between Togakushi and Izuna, age-wise.

Stupid question probably, but I take it no amount of Kou having a best friend to support and validate him would help his inferiority complex? All I can think of is Kou being like the group sniper + Zenitsu's whole "it doesn't matter if you can only do one thing, that's fine, hone it to perfection", but Idk if either of those would help.

See, Kou’s inferiority complex doesn’t just come from insufficient support (though there is that too). It’s just that he’s a normal guy with superhuman siblings, so when he compares himself to the likes of Izuna or Madara, he just always comes up short. Always. He’s just not ever going to be as good, point blank, and he can’t make his peace with that. Even in archery, Madara could probably do better if he actually put effort in. He’s not doing it deliberately, he’s just. You know. Uchiha fucking Madara. 

What Kou doesn’t really understand -- or value -- is what he contributes emotionally. He doesn’t get that he’s loved by his siblings, that he has a family and a clan, that he can make his own future if he’d stop picking at himself. All he can understand is that he’s going to be overshadowed by his little brother for his whole life and how worthless it makes him feel.

(But the thing is? Kou isn’t even that bad. Put him up against anyone not named Hashirama or Madara and he’d hold up fairly well. He’s easily jonin-level. But that’s not what matters to him, because he doesn’t want to be good, he wants to be the best. But he won’t. Not now, not ever. Not while Madara lives.)
