For the first time in my life, I finally got the chance to experience Disney. I got to experience what it’s like to come into Orlando knowing that I was gonna be at the happiest place on Earth. I got to experience what it’s like to be at the UDA Nationals and support @sju_dance I got the chance to be with someone close like @dspnsju for most of the trip. And I got the chance to feel like a kid again. Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, And lastly Magic Kingdom made me feel something that I haven’t felt in a long time and that everything was right with the world. Tonight was emotional as I looked up at the sky, watching fireworks shoot above and beyond Cinderella’s castle and listening to all the songs during the firework show. I started crying knowing that I no longer feel like the black sheep of Disney fans, that I now get to understand what it’s like to be here and feel the energy it gives off to the people that come here. I can die tomorrow and be happy because I feel like my childhood is complete. The transition into adulthood can now begin once I graduate college, and there was no better time to come here than my senior year of college. I want to thank my parents for finally sending me after all these years of not affording it and not having the right time to go, (they always apologize for not taking me and I tell them don’t apologize because my education was a priority And they always told me that) I want to thank @dspnsju for being with me on this, and I want to thank @sju_dance for letting me take the opportunity to go down and support them. Everyone from the coaching staff and the dancers themselves to their friends and family made this trip amazing.
