S/o to my one and only - my New York baecycle, who I'm missing so much rn. My bike back home just doesn't compare. I miss its uncomfortable, pinchy saddle and the way it'd groan and click as you forced it back into motion after waiting in traffic. It got me over 3 main bridges and to 3 out of 5 boroughs, and to work on time even when I wad running dangerously late. It saved me a fortune on Metro tickets and gave me unlimited access to NY life, that can't be seen from a train carriage window. Thanks for all the blood, sweat and...gears (that time I got my foot jammed in the front wheel on the way home from Silent Barn and got that big purple bruise on my chin that lasted for weeks was def a highlight of my time over there). It was no beauty queen, just like me - although did get a good few compliments while waiting for the lights to turn - and was always up for the ride. Yeow. Miss u so much hun.
