A new letter appears in a puff of static on the young lady's lap. She opens it eagerly.

Dear Mama,

Sorry I didn't write yesterday mama. Not much happened and it was kinda boring... But today we got to play super tag!!! The players had to grab this thing from the reapers that I wasn't allowed to eat. Stupid Yasubutt tried to get it first and end the game fast....but I rammed him hard and took it back so we could all play! :D

Mama? Remember how I said I felt weird and Chili Pepper called it jealousy? I've been feeling other weird things... Like.... Today when Yasubutt took the baton thing and almost ended the game? I dunno... it felt like my body was on fire.... I.... I don't know what it was... I wanted to eat him.... I wanted to eat him really badly.... and... I didn't care if he was ...friends with Jing and Yuu.... I didn't like that feeling... I didn't like it at all...

What's wrong with me Mama?

The young lady looked very concerned with this new letter and picks up a phone.. It rings a few times...

"Weiss?"

["Ja?"]

"Um... if it's not too much trouble? Could you keep an eye on Flynn?"

["I am doing so??"]

["What's wrong schatz?"]

The Right Questions To Ask

"What is it now, Echo..."

"I realized something.."

"Yes?"

"I realized that I.... have been asking the wrong question. That while it really is a very important decision it's actually not all that important in this case.... That ever since I've become Composer, I've been trying to be someone I'm not... trying to make sure I do everything right. Making sure that nothing was left out... Being professional about all of this with how Ueno is... Going beyond my limits to make sure that I was a better Composer than Kaiser..."

"But then it came to me... I will always be a better Composer and person than Kaiser ever was... I don't have to be someone like Trick to have a stable district. I don't need to be professional just because I'm a Composer.... because in the end... I'm still me.. right?"

"Riiighhhtttt.... And this is important becauseee??"

"I really should smack you... but... I guess it's because of how you are with me... That's the reason why I wanted you for the position so badly... I knew that you would probably okay anything I said, but you also aren't afraid to call me out on stupid decisions... It's why you kept changing the subject every time I brought it up right?"

"Pretty much."

"Thought so... So... Instead of asking the other question...can I ask you a new one?"

"Go ahead."

"Will you be my partner again?"
