I love my union
I got promoted into a non-union position and am at the meeting about how we work with the union and the guy leading it is dissing the union every frigging 5 minutes. The class participants are two-thirds external and it really feels like an inappropriate way to frame the union for them especially. Granted my CA union was better than my TX union, but I just feel so dirty even listening to him. Which sucks because he's really good at spelling out the contract. Just a frustrating meeting that's really only pilling on to me doubting my future with this company.
