Here’s my new banner, aka my attempt at drawing logos for (almost) all of my stories. Most of them are (very quickly) explained in this post.
Dusttale A Murderer’s Story (DtAMS) is just the new name for Dusttale Redemption (DtR).
Lusttale Forbidden Love (LtFL) is a Lusttale timeline where being in love with someone else is forbidden since it is said that you can’t have children while being in love. People who have a crush on someone are often spotted by the royal harem and have to go through a therapy that involves being beaten up by the person they love. Ships, designs and characters are pretty much the same than in the original AU, exept the society is much more organised around people have as much children as possible and raising them without being a burden to their parents.
Underfell Pacifist Route (UfPR) is, surprisingly enough, a Pacifist Route in Underfell. Frisk is a young adult (around 22) who fell in the underground by trying to put an end to their life. They then met Flowey who convinced them that monsters are good, and that they just need a proof that humans aren’t assholes to fix everything. Frisk then tries to befriend every monster so that they’ll be able to use their souls to break the barrier and set everyone free.
Empireverse The Sun, The Moon and The Stars (EvSMS) is an Empireverse timeline that happens after KtFCS, Sentrytale and Watchertale. It is very similar to the original Empireverse exept the designs probably won’t be exactly the same, and the empires are way bigger than the originals. Also, there’s more details on how each side works and who exactly do they recruit. Also, there’s the Star Empire, wich is lead by the Watchertale Crew (and the Killer from KtFCS).
Dusttale belongs to @ask-dusttale. Lusttale belongs to @nsfwshamecave. Underfell belongs to @underfell (or the Undertale community idk). Empireverse belongs to @lunnar-chan.
I won’t probably use these logos in my stories since most of them are rushed and/or I’m not satisfied with them.
[ currently procrastinating studying for my microbiology test ]
Last semester (February to June) I had one big notebook for all five credits I was taking. My note-taking system was taking this big notebook and a simple pen to class and writing everything relevant without worrying about making it pretty. Then, when I got home, I would revise the topics and rewrite the most difficult subjects in a more organized sheet. I tested slightly different methods throughout the semester and by the end of it, I had a better idea on how to study more effectively.
The thing about last semester is that I am fairly well versed in three out of five credits I was taking. They were about areas I have spent years studying, and I honestly just had to attend class and read any new reference text that was recommended. Only two credits covered biology-related subjects that needed a lot more attention because I'm not nearly as good in them.
I started this semester (in Brazil it's from August to the first two weeks of December) with one separate kokuyo notebook for each of my seven credits. From these seven, only two are not biology-related. They are a lot more difficult for me and require a lot more hours studying.
I had decided to take class notes by pencil and rewrite them at home, not only in an organized way but hopefully cute. I am now a month into classes and I already know it doesn't work for me. Every time I sit down to study, the idea of rewriting everything demotivates me so much it actually stopped me from studying several times. So last week I started taking pen notes in class again and I am focusing on finding ways to practice and learn content.
I've learned recently that I learn really well by answering practice questions, so I'm investing my time in that.
I had also started an studygram account in my native language (Brazilian Portuguese) but I've realized it's too much for me to have two study-focused accounts, so I'm deleting the other one and keeping this account. I prefer the Tumblr community and I don't know anyone else IRL who owns a studyblr, so it's kind of a magical process for me to be in contact exclusively with people I don't know offline. It makes me feel like a part of something bigger than my offline life, I don't know how to explain.
Wish me luck on my test. I'll take it on Tuesday.
